CANCELLATION TERMS FOR SUBSCRIPTION PRODUCTS

Monthly Subscription:
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your 
customer portal or by contacting us.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing 
period. You will retain access until the period you've paid 
for ends.

How to Cancel:
1. Access your customer portal via the link in your 
   subscription confirmation email
2. Click "Cancel Subscription"
3. Confirm cancellation

Send an email to trategy21@gmail.com with your order number 
and we will process the cancellation immediately.

Lifetime Access:
Lifetime purchases are non-recurring and cannot be cancelled 
as they are one-time payments with permanent access.

Refund Policy:
Despite the legal exclusion of the right of withdrawal for 
digital products, we offer a voluntary 14-day money-back 
guarantee. If you are not satisfied within the first 14 days, 
contact us for a full refund.

Digital Product Notice:
By purchasing and receiving access to the TradingView indicator, 
you acknowledge that you are purchasing a digital product and 
waive your statutory right of withdrawal according to § 356 
para. 5 BGB.
